Delighted that you took the time to “reveal” this cake. I used to carry Trois Frères molds from Matfer in France in my shop and knew some of its history but you filled in a lot of the blanks.
I’ve never made a cake with rice flour before and hope to give this a try. I’d love to try to acquire a trios-frères cake pan too. Such a great story behind this cake! Thanks so much for sharing, Jamie!
