Oh yum! Will a milk substitute, such as almond or macadamia nut milk, work as a substitute?

To tell you the truth I don’t know. I’ve never used those milks for baking. It’s worth trying… maybe do a google search on substituting them in pudding recipes and see if there’s anything you’d need to do. If you try it please come back and let me know how they turn out!
